Contact and account information. When you sign up for a monthly wash pass, contact us, or join a fundraiser program, we collect information such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
Payment information. Payments at our kiosks and in the app are processed by our payment and kiosk technology providers (such as Dencar Technology Inc). We do not store full payment card numbers on this website.
Vehicle and membership information. Wash passes are tied to a specific vehicle, so we may collect your license plate, membership barcode or tag, and a description of the vehicle.
Website usage. We use cookies and similar technologies to run this site and understand how it is used, including pages visited, approximate location, and device and browser information.
Video Surveillance
Our locations are monitored by video surveillance cameras, including cameras that record vehicles entering and exiting the wash. We use this footage for safety and security, to operate the wash, and to investigate incidents and damage claims. Footage is kept for a limited time and shared only as needed — for example, with our insurers or as required by law.
Email and Text Messages
If you provide your email address and mobile number when enrolling in a wash pass, you consent to receive emails and text messages from us about your account and our services, which may include marketing. You can unsubscribe from emails or reply STOP to texts at any time; opting out of texts also ends automated account alerts. Message and data rates may apply.
How We Use Information
We use the information above to provide washes and memberships, process payments and renewals, identify member vehicles, respond to questions and rewash requests, investigate incidents and damage claims, improve our services and website, and — with your consent — send marketing communications.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our kiosk, app, and payment providers, website host, and marketing tools), when required by law or to protect our rights and safety, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
