A membership covers one registered vehicle. Want to wash more than one car? Add each vehicle to your plan and they share one pool of washes, with every added car costing less than the first.
How many vehicles will be on your plan?
Washes can only be used on vehicles registered to the plan. Already a member and want to add a car? Open the app and tap Add vehicle. No contracts, cancel anytime.

How does the mobile app work?
The mobile app allows customers to manage their Ben’s Carwash monthly membership. It provides access to washes and information on ancillary services. Memberships automatically renew each month until canceled by the customer via the app.
Am I agreeing to reoccuring monthly charges when I sign up for a membership?
Yes. When you sign up for a membership, you authorize automatic recurring billing.
Can I cancel my monthly membership at any time?
You can cancel your Ben’s Carwash membership at any time in the app but there are no refunds or credits issued for partial months.
Can I use my monthly membership for multiple vehicles?
Your membership is valid for 15 washes per month for a single vehicle. You can add additional vehicles to a family plan in the mobile app at a discounted rate though.
If another vehicle is washed using your single pass, it will automatically be added to your family plan, and your monthly charges will increase accordingly.
What else is included in my monthly membership?
Free vacuum cleaners are included in all memebership plans at Ben’s Carwash.
What happens if the carwash is closed?
Ben’s Carwash reserves the right to close the car wash without notice for maintenance or adverse weather conditions. These closures do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Will I recieve notifications about my account or promotions?
Yes, by enrolling, you consent to receive email and text communications regarding your account, car wash updates, and marketing activity. You can unsubscribe at any time, but unsubscribing may result in losing access to automated alerts about your account.
What data does the app collect and how is it used?
The app collects information such as location services, app analytics, notification services, payment details, and personal information (name, phone, and email). This data is used for account management, car wash operations, and marketing purposes. Your data is never sold nor shared with a third party.
Do I agree to recieve text messages when providing my phone number?
Yes. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive marketing and text communications from Ben’s Car Wash regarding our car wash services, promotional offers, and your membership. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
