We want every visit to Ben’s ScratchFree CarWash to leave your vehicle clean. If you’re not satisfied with your initial wash, let us know within 12 hours and we’ll give you a free rewash.
How It Works
- Let us know within 12 hours of your wash by calling 945-381-6348 or reaching out through our contact page.
- We’ll set you up with a free rewash so you can run your vehicle through again.
Refunds
We don’t offer refunds on washes. Our free rewash guarantee is how we make things right if a wash doesn’t meet your expectations. Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time in the app, but refunds or credits aren’t given for partial periods. See our terms and conditions for full membership details.

What the Guarantee Covers
Our scratch-free guarantee covers contact damage — the scratches and swirl marks caused by brushes and cloth strips, which our 100% touch-free equipment eliminates. It does not cover chemical reactions with factory finishes, such as discoloration of the anodized aluminum trim found on some vehicles, including many Teslas. Tips for Getting the Best Wash
A few simple steps help make sure your vehicle comes out of our touch-free wash looking its best:
- Choose the right package. Heavy mud, bugs, or road grime may need a higher-level wash package to come completely clean.
- Secure loose accessories. Remove or secure anything loose on the outside of your vehicle before you pull into the wash bay.
- Check your vehicle before you go. If you spot an area that didn’t come clean, let us know right away so we can set up your free rewash.
